Maybe imposter syndrome is hitting hard, school or work feels like too much, or you’re just tired of feeling stuck in the same cycles. Whether it’s adapting to new environments, managing relationships, or learning to set boundaries, you want to feel more secure, less anxious, and truly at peace. I work with teens, college-age adults, and grown folks, helping them build confidence and take control of their lives. I specialize in working with teens, Black women, and POC struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, and major life transitions. Using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness (not the sit-still-and-meditate kind—mindfulness that actually works for you), I help you challenge negative thoughts, build confidence, and create a life that feels good from the inside out.
