I work from a culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, person-centred lens. I meet you where you’re at, and mainly use CBT and Narrative Therapy to help get you to where you want to be. I am here to be your safe space, and to help you feel heard. You are the expert of your own life, but sometimes we need a little push or a little help from someone else.
