My focus is to help you to feel whole and balanced despite any adversities that you may be facing. I aim to help you process and discuss matters that impact you socially and/or emotionally. As a servant leader, I’m very passionate about providing necessary tools and/or coping strategies to manage stress, conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal relationships, self esteem, and trauma. I utilize a variety of research based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Client-Centered approach and a Solution-Focused approach. I strive to provide a brave space for clients to learn how to manage life stressors and feel empowered!
