
Relationships can provide the greatest joy yet create emotional pain in our lives. Anxiety, depression, shame, and trauma can be traced to a current or past relationship. Maybe you are in an unhealthy or unfulfilling relationship. Perhaps, you are experiencing a relationship loss due to a divorce or a breakup. Or you may be living with the impact of early childhood trauma/neglect. You also may be single with a longing to be in a relationship. Despite the cause of emotional pain, I believe you can heal and grow. I offer a safe environment where we work collaboratively toward a fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.
