I specialize in handling complex litigation, wage and hour class actions, discrimination class actions, general employment litigation, and all aspects of employment and labor relations law in both California and Texas. I have extensive courtroom experience, and handle National Labor Relations Board matters, including representation cases, unfair labor practice proceedings, grievance arbitrations; and Title VII and FEHA proceedings, including race, sex, religious and age harassment and discrimination.
