Many children and young adults come to me when struggling with a range of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, behavior challenges, mood disorders, and self-esteem concerns. My ideal client may feel frustrated, misunderstood, or unsure of how to express themselves, and they’re often looking for effective ways to manage these feelings and develop healthier coping strategies. Together, we can explore these experiences in a safe, compassionate space, working to build self-awareness and resilience for a stronger sense of self. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and holistic and humanistic approaches. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of young clients, providing a supportive space to reshape unhelpful thought patterns, build self-awareness, and develop emotional regulation skills for lasting well-being. Therapy can feel like a big step, but I’m here to support both children and young adults. My approach offers children a safe space to build confidence and coping skills, while young adults engage in individual sessions focused on self-discovery and resilience. If you’re ready to start this journey, reach out—we’ll work together toward a brighter future.
