Tia McClenney is an associate in the Pittsburgh office, and a member of the Global Commercial Disputes Group. Tia concentrates her practice in commercial and higher education litigation and is experienced in business torts, class actions, contractual disputes, antitrust, and affirmative action plan development. Tia has successfully litigated in state and federal courts, such as the Western District of Pennsylvania and across the nation. Prior to law school, Tia worked in human resources and for multiple higher education institutions, including as a research assistant in the development of high-yield instructional strategies in partnership with the Virginia Department of Education.
