Hi! My name is Tony Booker and I’m originally from Louisville, Kentucky. After graduating from high school, I served in combat with the Big Red One in Desert Storm. From there, I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and attended Washburn University School of Law, where I obtained my Juris Doctorate. I’m a graduate of Harvard Business School Online’s Core Program and a Master’s Candidate at Harvard University. I started off as a Criminal Defense attorney, where I built superior trial and litigation skills handling very serious crimes. These skills come in handy in the world of trademarks, especially when a client is facing an infringement issue or an office action. I believe in a client-centered approach that helps my client reach their goals. Establishing, protecting, and maintaining a trademark is so important to the success of a small business. I want to protect the goodwill you’ve built with your customers! I am a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law, the National Black Lawyers’ Top 100, and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi.
