I work with individuals (14+) of all identities, particularly those who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt or shame—whether it’s from past experiences, relationship wounds, or challenges with the mind-body connection. My approach is rooted in understanding, compassion, and respect for the unique, intersectional experiences of each person, including those of BIPOC individuals who often carry the weight of cultural and societal wounds. I believe that you are the expert of your own life. That’s why I take a person-centered approach, meaning your healing journey is always shaped by your needs, your pace, and your voice. Whether through conversation or movement, I offer a trauma-informed space where you are invited to show up just as you are—no pressure, no judgment. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your emotions, help you release what’s no longer serving you, and create a path toward more peace, grounding, and presence in your life.
