My areas of specialty are trauma, women’s issues and relationship concerns. I enjoy working with women as they learn to care for themselves and live more balanced lives . I utilize EMDR, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches to therapy. I have worked in many diverse settings which have provided me with skills to provide culturally competent therapy.
