I believe in a holistic approach to healing understanding the connection of mind, body and spirit. Using a strengths-based perspective, I focus on building resilience and identifying barriers to the healing process in order to achieve desired goals. My background is in community mental health, women’s issues, substance abuse, trauma, self-empowerment and coaching. My goal is to help individuals on their journey to find purpose, equanimity, and more joy. I utilize a Psychodynamic approach as each individual has a unique set of circumstances. The goal is to identify barriers to good health and wellness, in order to build resilience. I am a proponent of meditation and believe it is important to re-connect and center oneself daily. I believe life is about the journey, not the destination. There may come a time when you feel you have arrived in life, only to discover you’re having to start over. Allow me to walk with you during our time together and provide tools and strategies to navigate your path.
