I have gained knowledge and experience of various health conditions, both physical and mental. My approach to helping clients is first having a holistic view of who they are, then helping them work toward their goals respectively. It is not unusual that one feels down, frustrated, and unmotivated, though the cause of the same may differ from one person to the next.
